弊社社長が理事長を務めております。
1954年2月26日設立の、70年以上の歴史を持つ縫製工場の団体です。

東京洋装協同組合は、1954年の設立以来、
縫製という現場産業を支える人・技術・仕事をつなぐ役割を担っています。

戦後の人材不足への対応、職業訓練による技術者育成、
そして時代の変化に応じた外国人材受入れや経営支援など、
常に「現場が続くために何が必要か」を考え、実行してきた組合です。

現在、縫製業を取り巻く環境は決して楽観できるものではありません。
事業者数の減少、後継者不足、労働環境や取引構造の変化など、
多くの課題を抱えています。

一社ではできないことを、組合として支え合い、
業態や地域の垣根を越えて連携しながら、
東京の縫製・ものづくりを次世代へ繋ぐことを使命としています。

Marya Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based sewing factory specializing in high-quality women’s apparel.
